It brings both sweet and savory aromas and flavors of dark fruits, plums, pepper, spices, dried violets, smoke with hints of eucalyptus. This possesses remarkable depth and concentration, yet with underlying acidity providing lift. It shows incredible balance and finesse all the way through, ending in a long lingering finish.
