The gorgeous 2021 Grenach by Corazon Del Sol begins with a potpourri of aromas, including dried red roses, whole pink peppercorns, dried cherry fruit leather, crushed strawberries, cedary herbs, and just a hint of tomato leaf. Crunchy but sweet tannins combine nicely with the citrusy acidity, finishing with dried raspberry and sweet thyme finish on the mid-palate. Another delicious Grenache from this amazing Argentinian estate. Better in 2024.
