My favorite wine from this producer, this Cabernet Franc is absolutely singing right now. The nose explodes with typical Cabernet Franc aromas of fresh black cherry, black raspberry, pencil shavings, and green bell pepper. The palate shows excellent acidity and high acidity that combines with flavors of black fruits, roasted red peppers, tomato leaf and just a hint of dried tarragon. I adore Cabernet Franc and after tasting a wine like this I find myself asking, “why don’t I drink more of this?” Corazon Del Sol convinced me to do just that. Only 250 cases produced
