The Amalaya white is comprised of Torrontes with 15% Riesling blended in. It begins with bright aromatics of white peach, Granny Smith apple, and white flowers. Lithe and light on its feet, this delivers pink grapefruit, green papaya, nectarine and Gravenstein apple flavors that sit alongside nice minerality.
