The 2014 Ernesto Catena Vineyards 'Siesta' Cabernet Franc takes on nice a terroir driven character on the nose with smoky and red fruit elements also adding appeal. The mouthfeel is both plush and generous, as the wine delivers ripe flavors of blackberry pie with chocolate, black tea and anise. This is delicious wine that has a lovely sense of place.
