Sourced from 80-year-old Cabernet Sauvignon vines out of Owen’s Vineyard in Agrelo. The color of this Cabernet Sauvignon reminds me more of a thin-skinned varietal, showing some notable translucence. On the nose there are pretty aromatics of rose petals, red cherries and pomegranate. The palate shows nice viscosity as red fruits dance with the minerality. This is highly novel and will drink best in the short-term.
