The 2021 Winston Hill Red Blend is a stunning wine composed of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot which is sourced from a selection of the best barrels from the Winston Hill Vineyard. It instantly begins to impress with its expressive aromatics of ripe blackberries, cassis and blueberries which are laced with chocolate, spices, earthy nuances and crushed gravel. On the palate this is full-bodied, dense and structured with notable definition and focus. It displays wonderful layers of ripe dark fruits and mocha nuances with resonate through the long, opulent finish. Overall, this is a fantastic wine and should go on to evolve beautifully offing a drinking window spanning two decades.
