The 2021 'Jubilee' from Sunshine Valley Vineyards opens with inviting aromas of ripe dark cherries, plums and black currants along with sweet baking spices, loam, violets and mocha all bursting from the glass. On the palate this is full-bodied and layered, with notable depth and a gorgeous round texture. It comes to an end with a voluptuous finish that leaves behind mouth coating flavors of delicious ripe dark fruits. This is a fantastic wine that is ready to enjoy on release, and should continue to do so for at least another decade. 64% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Malbec, 4% Petit Verdot
