The 2018 Beckstoffer Missouri Hopper Cabernet Sauvignon is absolutely stunning. It instantly opens to gorgeous perfumed aromas of blackberries and dark currants, pencil shavings, mocha, spices and dusty minerals that all come together to add wonderful complexity. Full-bodied with a wonderful voluptuous texture and remarkable overall balance and depth. It goes on to impress with a seamless transition and dense layers of ripe dark fruits and spices that persist all the way through the beautiful plush finish. This is nothing short of utterly delicious now and should go on to offer a fabulous drinking window that should span decades.
