The 2017 Barolo Bricco Boschis from Callavato is a stunning wine from this vintage. It impresses with its beautiful aromatics of blackberries and ripe cherries followed by spices, orange zest, and a fresh floral character. This beautifully refined Barolo is well-defined and firmly structured , yet possesses a gorgeous fine, silky texture with wonderful finesse. It continues to show excellent balance and precision as it expands through the long finish. While this is already extremely expressive, it also possesses excellent aging potential. This is one of the most impressive wines from the vintage.
