The 2017 Bovio Barolo is bright and vibrant with wonderful elegance. It begins with a classic Nebbiolo profile beginning with aromas of strawberries and dark cherries which are accented by crushed red flowers, spices and hints of minerals. On the palate this is beautifully structured with fine tannins that frame the core of red fruits and spices which continue through the long, precise finish.
