A fantastic Chardonnay from Domaine Serene’s Clos du Soleil Vineyard is aged 15 months in 100% French oak barrels. The nose is an explosive bouquet of lemon zest, fresh tropical fruits, cucumber-melon and spring meadow flowers. High acidity coats your palate and flavors of lemon pulp, pineapple sorbet, hazelnut and a touch of nutmeg combine for a very old-world mineral style of Chardonnay. A wine that will age for a decade or more.
