A very unique wine that is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from Dundee Hills, but pressed off the skins to not extract any color, this wine is aptly named Couer Blanc, which means “White Heart” in French. On the nose, aromas of fresh green pear, baked lemon and blanched almonds meet a palate that shows incredible acidity with flavors of lime, honey coated crsp green apple, and toasted mixed nuts. A very unique and interesting wine that shows promise.
