Spending 15 months in 100% french oak this complex and interesting Pinot Noir is a gorgeous ruby color in the glass and explodes with aromas of blackberry pie, brandied cherries, baby’s breath flowers and freshly steeped green tea. Candied black raspberries, huckleberry, freshly ground white pepper, pencil shavings and a touch of iron round out the savory and somewhat saline finish.
