The 2018 C.C. Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon from Nickel and Nickel immediately impresses, as it bursts open to stunning aromas of blueberries, ripe blackberries and dark currants, which are woven together with loam, crushed gravel, violets, graphite and spices. The palate is full-bodied plush and supple, with wonderful freshness and layers of delicious ripe dark and red fruits that combine lovely spice notes which continue to resonate through the plush finish. The 2018 drinking beautifully at this early going, however it also has the potential to age gracefully for years to come
