The 2018 'Cuvée Mimi' Chardonnay was sourced from a block of the vines in the famed Sand Hill section of the Durell Vineyard, which overlooks the Sonoma Valley. This brilliant Chardonnay instantly begins to impress as it opens to seductive aromas of sweet lemon, white peach, jasmine, sea breeze and hints of oyster shell that are just about impossible to resist. On the palate this is beautifully textured and impeccably balanced, with gorgeous combination of fruit and acidity that lingers through the finish. This is a drop-dead stunning Chardonnay that is absolutely brilliant today and should also go on to drink exceptionally well for years to come.
