The 2017 Riesling from Domaine Weinbach starts off with aromas of petrol and honeydew melon tones alongside a touch of beeswax and spring flowers. Dry, showing a sterling acidity, the wine unveils tree and citrus fruit flavors with petrol and wet stone undertones which carry beautifully through into the finish. Quite an impressive showing.
