The 2010 Insignia is composed from 84% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petit Verdot, 4% Merlot and 2% Malbec. It displays a fantastic pitch-dark, inky color and offers seductive aromas of ripe dark currants, dark cherries, chocolate, exotic spices, herbs, toasted hazelnut, and roasted coffee. This is rich, layered and opulent with excellent depth and concentration, while demonstrating remarkable balance. It all ends with a finish that is long, supple and mouth-coating leaving behind plenty of dark fruits, spices and chocolate flavors.
