2013 Top 100 - Rank # 93 La Vida al Camp comes from the Raventós family, but is a separate, distinct project from the Raventós i Blanc wines. It is blended with indigenous grapes from the region consisting of 45% Macabeu, 45% Xarello, 10% Parellada and brings aromas and flavors of lemon zest, tangerine, brioche, sulfur and smoky minerals. The mousse is fine, yet intense providing incredible energy to the wine. Lovely notes of lemon and orange zest linger on the fresh, crisp finish. - November, 2013 (JD)
