The 2010 Giacomo Conterno Barbera d'Alba Cascina Francia is extremely ripe and concentrated with layers of dark cherries, strawberries, herbs, smoke and crushed stones. The texture is plush, but backed by a firm structure that kept fresh and inviting by the lively acidity and a juicy, mouth watering finish.
