Deep purple moving to a neon ruby rim in the glass, the 2020 Estate Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon by Revana is a great effort despite a difficult vintage. The nose is more baked fruit and toasted baking spices, with aromas of black plum crumble, cassis, scorched cedary herbs, licorice root, tilled wet earth, and shades of melted baking chocolate. Chalky tannins are sweet and will need a year to integrate into the mouthwatering acidity and full-bodied mouthfeel.
