Sourced from the Sojourner Vineyard, this six barrel selection of Dijon 115 clones saw a minimal 17% new French oak for 10 months. This gorgeous wine begins with aromatics reminiscent of cherry pie, Christmas spices, wild mushroom and forest floor. There is a wonderful combination of black fruit and earthy elements at play. Flavors of black cherries, boysenberry liquor, and peat moss persist, lead to a rich, mineral and dark fruit centered finish. Overall this is a lovely Pinot Noir which will age gracefully.
