The Willamette Valley Pinot Noir sourcded from eight vineyard sites including Freedom Hill, Lange Estate, Misteletoe, Durant, Yamhill, Hirschy, Madrona and Temperance Hill Vineyards. Aged in 20% new French oak, this excellent Pinot Noir starts with aromatics of black tea, red cherry, teaberry and black plum accents. There are flavors of red cherry, and truffle accents with smoke and red raspberry. This offers some early appeal and should continue to drink well over the next few years.
