WHITE ROSE Pinot Noir 'Winemakers Cuvee' 2013

This wine is made from Jesus Guillen’s favorite 10 barrels chosen for this wine. The Pinot is comprised from six different vineyard sites and was aged in 15% new French oak (14 months). The wine has aromas of raspberry preserves, lavender and stewed strawberry. This has lovely flavors of red cherry, pomegranate, dried cranberry and Tangerine rind. This excels with lovely texture, effervescence and mouthfeel. This will be a long ager. (Best 2016-2030) - March, 2016 (OB)
