Stag Hollow is located in the Yamhill-Carlton District. All of their fruit is grown on their 34 acre estate and nine clones of Pinot Noir is hand harvested. This wine begins with aromas of crimini mushroom, forest floor, boysenberry and black cherry. Lovely dark fruit flavor profile. Aromas of cherry pie, raspberry, with lovely texture, minerality and richness. This is harmonious and dense wine that is impossible to resist right now. (Best 2015-2025) - December, 2015 (OB)
