The Pinot Noir comes from young vines from Seven Springs along with Rocky Hill and Eola Springs vineyards. This was made with no new oak and weighs in at only 12.9% alcohol.This expressive Pinot has aromas reminiscent of raspberry, red cherry and oak. There are flavors of red cherry, raspberry, gooseberry and cedar alongside lively minerality. Drink this polished effort over the next 10 years. (Best 2015-2025) - November, 2015 (OB)
