TENDRIL CELLARS Pinot Noir 'White Label' 2012

Tony Rynders was formerly the head winemaker at Domaine Serene before starting Tendril. Rynders has been consulting on wine projects since 2008. The Pinot saw 14 months in French oak (30% new) prior to bottling. This open and generous wine opens with aromas of red cherry, raspberry, lavender and cherry tomato. This leads to flavors of black cherry, orange rind, and raspberry. Very pretty wine that has lovely minerality and nice richness on the mid-palate. (Best 2015-2025) - November, 2015 (OB)
