FLANEUR Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley ‘Cuvee Constatin’ 2021

About 40% whole cluster fruit was used during fermentation on the 2021 Cuvée Constatin Pinot Noir. A lovely bouquet of dried flowers and purple potpourri give way to flavorsome marionberry and sour cherry fruits. Grippy tannins and medium plus acidity bring everything together on the finish. 828 cades made.
