Aged for 20 months in 60% new and 40% once-used French oak barrels, the 2021 Gabriella Pinot Noir from Et Fille is another quaffable and delicious wine from the estate. Wonderfully aromatic, boasting notes of red raspberries, crushed blueberries, toasted Christmas spices, and shades of Chinese 5 spice. Tannins are tight yet sweet, while the lemony acidity finishes things off nicely. 125 cases made.
