This brilliant golden hued wine is a combination of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that was aged for 18 months in the lees. The wine opens with a bouquet of green apple, kumquat, brioche and hazelnuts. This leads to bright flavors of cut grass, green papaya, Japanese pear and lime. The range of aromas and flavors are impressive as this lovely sparkling wine continues to deliver a refreshing edge through the finish. (Best 2017-2025) - March, 2017 (OB)
