PRIMARIUS Pinot Noir 'Oregon' 2014

The 2014 Primarius 'Oregon' bottling displays the ripeness of a great vintage. The Pinot Noir sat 6 months in 100% French Oak (10% new) prior to bottling. This wine begins with aromas of strawberry, guava and ripe raspberry with suggestions of lavender. There are flavors of red cherry, red raspberry, guava puree and a hint of cola. Nice viscosity here for the price. (Best 2016-2023) - February, 2016 (OB)
