The 2021 Tongue ‘n Cheek Pinot Noir was aged for a total of 16 months, 12 of which were in 22% new French oak. Boasting a medium ruby-cherry core with a fluorescent pink rim, it gifts notes of black cherry, cedary bitter herbs, black peppercorn, Christmas spices, and hints of wet-turned-earth. The black and red cherry finish is presented alongside dried herbs and purple flowers on the back palate.
