Sourced from the Frenchman Hills Vineyard, this outstanding Chardonnay was aged on 30% new French oak for 18 months with battonage. It begins with aromas of Meyer lemon zest, crème brûlée, and kumquat along with roasted hazelnut on the nose. The palate has everything you want in a great Washington Chardonnay. Lemon crème, roasted macadamia nut and crème brûlée flavors all take shape. The excellent tension and near minute long finish complete this lovely wine.
