Sourced from the Seven Hills Vineyard this Cabernet opens with a bouquet of black tea, mocha, crushed mint and baking spices. Lithe and polished, this shows black tea, black cherry, black olive and wild blackberry jam flavors. The tannins are mild and the acid backbone is impressive. This wine improves following a two hour decant. Try to give this another year in the bottle prior to enjoying.(Best 2018-2030) - July, 2017 (OB)
