BALBOA Riesling 'Dry' 2014

This impressive bottling is sourced from the Pepper Bridge vineyard. This saw 30 days fermentation in stainless steel with lees stirring before bottling (155 cases made). The Riesling begins with aromas of red delicious apple, unripe pear, and cut grass with cantaloupe. The palate opens up flavors of honeydew melon, green papaya, red delicious apple and pear.
