A huge expressive wine with black currant, mocha, forest floor and spices. Full and mouth-coating with juicy round tannins. The finish is long and delicious. Very approachable now, but this will only get better over the next decade as it gains complexities. The 2008 is composed of 43% Cabernet Sauvignon (Stoneridge), 21% Cabernet Sauvignon (Cailloux) and 36% Syrah (Morrison Lane). (Drink 2011 - 2024) - JD
