I have always loved the Blanc de Blancs coming from Argyle, and the 2018 Spirit Hill is impressive. It showcases a light to medium lemon-gold core with a silvery rim in the glass, while the light and airy mousse dances across the tongue. More toasted croissant and white pear notes abound on the palate while it finishes clean with a lovely hazelnut component that falls perfectly on the mid-palate. 905 cases made.
