Medium ruby-purple core with a lighter purple rim in the glass the 2022 Seven Springs Gamay is always a favorite of mine. Beautiful in the glass with a medium ruby-pink core and a blueish rim, it sports wonderful aromas of dusty red plums, juicy huckleberries, sea breeze, acacia flowers, and Christmas pine. Racy acidity and much more complex than it should be, this is a perfect wine to open up next Thanksfiving dinner.
