Sporting a ight neon ruby core with a light pink rim, the 2022 Seven Springs from Evening Land is another scrumptious wine from one of my favorite vineyards. Red cherries, crushed raspberries, pomegranate seeds, dusty earth, graphite, and black tea tones are all wonderfully combined on the nose and on the palate. Rounded and silky tannins and lemony acidity bring wonderful structure to the wine.
