The 2013 Long Meadow Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon includes 7% Petit Verdot and 7% Petite Sirah to round out the final blend. This was aged in 50% new French oak prior to bottling and offers aromatics of black tea, mint, black olive and cassis. On the palate there are flavors of blackberry jam, freshly ground coffee, black tea, black olive and sage accents. This possesses a polished mouthfeel which leads to a supple finish.
