Sourced from two small blocks within the Komes Ranch in Rutherford, this is a forward and open-knit style, with lovely aromas and flavors of ripe, blackberries, fig, mocha, sweet spices and mesquite all taking shape in the glass. Full-bodied and well-concentrated with a soft, round texture that glides seamlessly across the palate. There is a notable layer of underlying minerality and acidity as expands into the finish.
