Dolce's 30 acre vineyard is located in Coomsville, at the base of the Vaca Mountains. The wine was aged 31 months in new French oak prior to bottling and sits in at 12.5% residual sugar. This is a rich and viscous wine that has aromas of butter, beeswax and pear. This leads to flavors of pear, red delicious apple, honey and creme brulee. The wine is simply delicious right now.
