The 2012 Double Eagle Napa Valley proprietary red is layered and beautifully textured, delivering aromas and flavors of dark cherry, cassis, sweet spices, graphite, tar and a savory character which cascade through the wine. This possesses a medium-full body that is laced with a lovely inner sweetness that carries on through the finish.
