MASSICAN Sauvignon 2012

The 2012 Massican Sauvignon Blanc is a stunning effort from Dan Petroski. It is bright and racy with pretty tropical aromas of kiwi, and guava followed by herbs and honeycomb. It is crisp and creamy ending with a vibrant finish. The wine was fermented and aged in used French oak and stainless steel barrels and was bottled after six months. Just over 100 cases of this beauty made. (Best 2014-2018) - January, 2014 (JD)
