The 2010 Emblem Cabernet Sauvignon 'Oso Vineyard’ is composed from 87% Cabernet Sauvignon and 13% Petit Verdot from the Oso Vineyard, which is nestled between Sugarloaf and Howell Mountains where the vines grow at an elevation of 1,250 feet. The wine brings a generous dosage of blackberries and cassis, which are followed by mocha, vanilla bean, nutmeg spice, herbs and a touch of mineral. This offers medium-full body with a soft, plush texture supported by round tannins that glide effortlessly across your palate. It finishes up with dark fruit and some anise notes lingering.
