The 2010 Frank Family Reserve Petite Sirah is pitch dark in color with intense aromas and flavors of blackberry jam, blueberries, braised fig, roasted coffee, tar, spices, dark chocolate. This is such a massive, powerful wine that is impressive for its depth and concentration of fruit. The finish is long and rich leaving behind a mouthful of viscous black fruits that carry on and on.
