The 2007 Snowden Canerbet Sauvignon Reserve is rich, opulent, powerful and well-structured. This youngster is packed with ripe, intense sweet currant, blackberry, and mocha flavors framed by spicy, cedary oak. Ends with a firm wall of tannins, yet the ripe currant flavors push through. This is still in its early stage, so I would let it rest until at least 2013, this has the backbone for the long haul. (Best 2013-2025) - August, 2010 (JD)
