SHEA Pinot Noir, Yamhill-Carlton ‘Homer’ 2021

The absolutely stunning 2021 Homer Pinot Noir from Shea shines on every level. Displaying a shimmering neon ruby red core with a neon blue rim in the glass, it is a treasure to behold. Scintillating notes of red and black cherries, crushed strawberries, dried violet flowers, mountain sagebrush, cedary herbs, and sweet clove are combined perfectly on the nose and on the palate. Sweet and rounded tannins meld with the lemony acidity and perfectly balanced mouthfeel to create a wine that should be sought out and purchased. Highly recommended and editor’s choice.
