The 2021 Tina-Louise Chardonnay from Shea is aged in a combination of French oak barrels, concrete tanks, and stainless steel, creating a wonderfully balanced and elegant wine that dances across the tongue. Notes of lemon citrus, crushed stones, dried mountain herbs, white peach, and white pepper play together nicely in the glass. I loved the herbaceous note I get on the back palate on the long finish.
