SHEA WINE CELLARS Pinot Noir, Yamhill-Carlton ‘Homer’ 2021

Another stunning way from the winemaking wizards at Shea, this one is the 2021 Homer Pinot Noir. Sporting a neon ruby core with a lighter pink rim, it pops on the nose with aromas of fresh mountain huckleberries, crushed blueberries, cedary herbs, lavender flower petals, and shades of sweet spice. I loved the white pepper note I got on the mid-palate on the lush and long-lasting finish. About 320 cases were produced. Highly recommended and editor’s choice.
